If you believe you received the incorrect product, damaged or defective item, please reach out to our Customer Solutions team within 20 days of delivery. All regularly stocked items, except consumable products and Special Orders (products shipped directly from the manufacturer), can be returned within 20 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in the original packaging.

We may require a picture of the incorrect product you received. We’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item or offer a refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return credit will be issued within 2-3 weeks to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product(s).

Shipping charges will not be refunded. A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. This fee is 15% of the item(s) cost for commercial locations and 20% for residential areas.

With all our effort to lower the cost and the ease of International shopping, we cannot accept International returns, and to minimize any error on our part, we inspect and take photos of the products before shipping them. If you need to return a product to us, you'll be the exporter of the original shipping destination. You will be responsible for compliance with all export laws and fees of that country in addition to the restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before a refund is posted. Lastly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Restricted and Prohibited

When shopping our stores, be sure to know what items are restricted and prohibited by your country before you place an order or ask us by using our quote bottom, we respond within 24 hours

Reasons for Undeliverable and Late Deliveries

Item is too big for a P.O. Box. Some things are too big to ship to a P.O. Box and must be ship to a street address.

Declined Payment

If your order is on hold or payment method has been rejected, do one of the following:

  • Confirm your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and phone number
  • Contact your bank.

Note: Check with your bank about adjusting daily withdrawal or purchase limits.

Incorrect Address/Missing Information

The package is typically returned to us by the carrier if the address is erroneous, has typos, has some missing information (such as an apartment number or ZIP code), or is outdated.

If a post office box address was entered into a format our system does not recognize, the package may be shipped through a carrier that cannot deliver to a post office box. To ensure that such packaging’s are routed through the proper carriers, please enter the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number. Also, if you're a private mailbox holder (use a local commercial mail receiving agency), do not use "Box" for your mailbox number, instead use # or PMB, this will ensure that your address is not mistaken to be a P.O. Box.

Do not enter "N/A," "Not applicable," "None," "Same," etc., do not enter the city and state information in the "Address Line 2" field; use the provided city and state fields instead. Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your shipping or billing address.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Your package may be turned over to a local Post Office/Carrier if there is no safe place to leave the package at the point of delivery. If the carrier can not access the delivery location due to no access code, call box number, or buzzer information. Most of our carriers make (3) three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $1,300 of merchandise will require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. After three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Damaged During Transit

If a package is damaged on its way to you, then we hope you opt to insure your package.

Be sure to check your address for a Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number. Your billing address must match the address that appears on your monthly credit card or bank statement.


We ship throughout the U.S. and Internationally. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO boxes. If you plan to ship to a carrier store location such as a FedEx China Post, DHL, or UPS Store, please be aware that these locations will not accept deliveries from one another. We use a variety of carriers and unable to accommodate requests for specific shippers. For safety, insurance, and logistical reasons, customers cannot pick-up orders from our warehouse due to the high volume of orders we process daily. If a shipping carrier considers your address inaccessible for delivery, they will make the final delivery at the closest shipping terminal or return the shipment to our warehouse.

We have partnered with Amazon fulfillment center to take advantage of their advanced U.S. fulfillment network.

Processing Time

Not all items on our website are stock in our warehouses; we ship directly to you from Amazon Warehouse, Our Suppliers Warehouse, or the Manufacturer. We consolidate all orders if shipped from separate warehouses, combining several packages into a single shipment all within the first 1 to 3 days processing time.

If we do not have enough stock on hand to fulfill your order, we will send you an alert message or email notification within 24 business hours. If you have a time constraint on your order, please inform us to prioritize the order.

U.S. Shipping Time

Most packages arrive within 3 - 8 business days (excluding the 1-3-day Processing Time). Holiday and Weekend delivery is not always available.

International Shipping Time

The length of Shipping typically takes 6- 10 days, 15 -25 days, and 15-30 business days depending upon the location or Country to Country.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Depending on the commodity, destination, and/or size of your shipment, transportation can be restricted by the regulations and guidelines of FedEx Priority, China Post, and DHL Express, especially if over the maximum 150 lbs.

Many couriers charge a $20 fee to update your address after the shipment has left our warehouse.

There is a $15 fee for orders placed with an incomplete address. You can avoid these fees by making sure you enter your shipping address correctly.

For products of the same category that exceed the declared value of U.S. $2500, an export document called SED (Shippers Export Declaration) which must be processed. The cost of preparing this document is $25 to be added to the costs of that shipment.

What’s the difference between physical and dimensional weight?

Physical weight is the scaled weight of a package. Dimensional weight is related to the package's measurements and space it occupies upon being transported. Airlines take into consideration the greater value of physical and dimensional weight when applying rates. The following formula is used: Length x Width X Height (in centimeters) / 6000.

The fee for a pallet is $25, and both the actual and dimensional weight applies to pallet shipment.

All T.V. sets require special packaging for international air transportation, and only on some occasions, the customer is responsible for the cost of the crate. Please use our Quote button before purchasing for the exact cost. Estimated crate fees:

  • TVs 32" to 52"= US$ 100
  • TVs 52" to 70"= US$ 130
  • TVs 70" and up = US$ 180

Shipping Insurance Fee

Shipping Insurance is purchased for $3 per $100 of insured value. Purchasing Insurance is an option, but we do recommend you insure special orders, like Televisions and Jewelry.

Duties and Taxes Fee

To avoid customs clearance problems such as non-delivery to the destination, please contact your local customs office for more information. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; The recipient (You) is the importer of record, and when ordering You're Responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported in the country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by the destination country of the recipient.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We will try to help you to solve the customs clearance problem, but we will not resend a new package because the new package will not arrive either.

Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. Some Countries are Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.

The duty and tax rate is often determined by the classification of a good, which varies by country and region. Based on our experience, most Countries in South American and the Middle East have burdensome customs policies and tax policies.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the actual market value of the product and not the price after any promotions; this allows destination country customs authorities to obtain the official import duties and taxes owed to them based on the actual value of the goods.

Freight Forwarders

We ship to U.S. based freight forwarders like however, you are responsible for contacting them to set up an account before placing an order. Freight forwarders will charge additional fees for their services, which are separate from our shipping fee.

If an order is shipped to a U.S. based freight forwarder, we will not be held responsible for any damages and/or missing items or material once in the hands of the freight forwarder.
