General Questions

Before placing an order, please ensure the item is not restricted and prohibited by your country. We occasionally provide coupon codes but never host store sales because our prices will always remain the lowest and best price annually. As product curator and distributor, the discounts from our supplies are passed on to you.
Our international shipping rates are lower than our average competitor's. Our shipping rates fluctuate daily, and we send out notifications, prompting volume shipping discounts during peak shipping hours, to help you save even more money.
Coupon codes never expire and are only available from other customers using our referral program. We prefer partnering with customers and investing via the use of word-of-mouth advertising
We leverage large-volume purchases to negotiate the lowest price possible from Manufacturers and Suppliers. Most of our products and our supplier's products are sold and shipped via Rakuten, Amazon, and Walmart Market chains. The prices on our website are regularly updated to ensure accurate, real-time pricing; however, all prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing advertised on the supplier's invoice may reflect incorrect pricing compared to our current offer.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a website error, we will resolve the discrepancy at our discretion. This resolution may involve coming to an agreed price with the customer or canceling the order, resulting in a refund minus the transaction fees.
In-stock items generally ship from the U.S. in 1-3 business days. For items shipping from the manufacturer, estimated processing times may be longer. If you have a time constraint, please email us to prioritize the order. If we need more inventory to fulfill your order, we will send you an alert message or notification within 24 business hours.
As an e-commerce company, we primarily communicate via the Whatsapp and email. All payments are screened before we can start processing the order.
If additional information is needed to help ensure the order's validity, we will reach out via Whatsapp or email; please provide a valid email address and phone contact when placing your order.
White glove delivery has a higher fee because it goes beyond what standard common courier delivery offers; it typically adds 5-7 business days to your order's transit time, includes 30 minutes of on-site time and a lift gate if you do not have an elevated loading dock or forklift to unload large or bulky items from the truck. If you need clarification, contact us. We will schedule a delivery appointment within four hours, working around your schedule and allowing you to prepare the space to unload your item(s) from the truck.
We ship to U.S.based freight forwarders; however, you are responsible for contacting them to set up an account before placing an order. Freight forwarders will charge additional fees for their services, separate from our shipping fee. We will not be held responsible for any damages and missing items once they are in the hands of the freight forwarder. If your order is being shipped to a U.S.-based freight forwarder, contact us first.
We reserve the right and are not obligated to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice and at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or charge. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided when the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for all purchases at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
If your order is on hold or your payment method has been declined, do one of the following:
• Confirm your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and phone number
• Contact your bank.
Note: Check with your bank about adjusting daily withdrawal or purchase limits.
Our images department makes every effort to portray our products color and the most accurate images.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the color displayed on your monitor, and some product images prove difficult to obtain. In these cases, we will use the closest representative image we can find of the product. Therefore, we recommend carefully reading the product description before placing your order. If you have any concerns about a product after reading the description, or if there is no description, contact us before placing the order.

Orders, Refund, & Returns

We cannot guarantee that orders can be modified or canceled after processing. Please WhatsApp or email us immediately to change or cancel your order. Please note if the order were to be canceled: The 5% card transaction fee would be deducted from the original payment amount.
On International orders, customs clearance procedures are required, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
After an order is made, the sales team screen payment and confirms whether couriers charge a "fuel surcharge" for your area, this provides you with two (2) hours to change, adjust or cancel your order before shipment. Nonetheless, we reserve the right to cancel any orders based on the delivery address and the availability or feasibility of the product.
No Refund, In rare cases, we issue a return store credit upon return and inspection of the product(s).
A 15% restocking fee, and a 5% Transaction fee will be deducted from your return credit amount. The shipping charges paid at checkout will not be credited back to you.
With all our effort to lower costs and make it easy for International shopping. We can not accept International Returns and Refunds because the fees involved in fulfilling your order is nonrefundable from our partners, international agencies, and logistic providers.

If you need to return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination. You will be responsible for compliance with that country's export laws and fees to return to our U.S. Warehouse.
Yes, We ship directly to you using Amazon Fulfillment Services, Local and International Ocean and Air Freight Forwarders, FedEx, or DHL Delivery.
We have warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, Dominican Republic, The Bahamas, and China to expedite and facilitate your orders.
Depending on which warehouse processes the orders, they can be tracked via video at every step.
NO RETURNS on International Orders. With all our effort to lower the cost and the ease of International shopping, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND REFUNDS.

If you believe you received the incorrect product, damaged or defective item, please reach out to our Customer Solutions team within 7 days of delivery. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and requirements vary by country.
If you need to return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination. You will be responsible for compliance with that country's export laws and fees to return to our Main U.S Warehouse; clear photos of the item's condition, the product number, and the original packaging must be sent upon return request.

Shipping & Fees

Other Merchant Websites claim "Free Shipping," but Shipping is never free! "Free shipping" only means higher product pricing to cover the average shipping cost or using profits from some products to offset losses on another. Someone must pay couriers for their work.
As for us, we believe in transparency and are proud to showcase products' "Prices" separate from the shipping cost respectfully. We are showing you and giving you cost-saving delivery options.
Please note: Sometimes, we may charge you and select a different courier. Transportation regulations and carrier guidelines can restrict your choice of couriers depending on the commodity, destination, or size of your shipment.
Orders with a maximum 150 lbs. package weight arrive within 9-15 business days Worldwide. *Not a guaranteed time – excluding Saturday/Sunday delivery.
We consolidate shipments as much as possible; we cannot guarantee every product will ship together because we source our product from multiple vendors and suppliers. If you want part of your order to be sent expedited, email us before ordering.
International orders shipping time ranges from different countries. Orders typically take 4- 11 days, 10 -17 days, and 17-21 business days via DHL Express or FedEx Priority. Orders weight over 150 lbs. will extend the normal shipping timeframe.
Many couriers charge a $20 fee to update the address for orders placed with an incomplete or incorrect after the shipment has left our warehouse. Avoid these fees by ensuring you enter your shipping address correctly.
For products of the same category that exceed the declared value of US $2,500, an export document called SED (Shippers Export Declaration) must be processed. The cost of preparing this document is $25, which will be added to the costs of that shipment.
Transaction Fee
Our negotiated rates give our customers the lowest International Rate of 4.9% + 0.30 cents. (Varies by Country)
Most couriers charge more to ship to a residential address than a commercial one. This difference is usually in dollars and varies by region, but we do not charge anything extra on our order!
Physical weight is the scaled weight of a package. Dimensional weight relates to the package's measurements and the space it occupies upon transport. Airlines consider the greater value of physical and dimensional weight when applying rates. The formula is Length x Width X Height (in centimetres) / 6000.
All Television sets require special packaging for international air transportation, and only on some occasions is the customer responsible for the cost of the crate.
Yes, the standard costs vary by couriers and can range from $3-$15 per $20-$100 of insured value. International shipments are only insured once you opt for insurance coverage by WhatsApp or emailing us before placing an order. Special orders like jewelry and television must be insured.
The recipient is the importer of record, and when ordering, you're responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported into the country. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the recipient's destination country.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Note:
Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. Some countries are Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
IBO GroupPrice, LLC is a registered company of Delaware; therefore, we charge no sale taxes, but duties and taxes are assessed on items shipping outside of the United States.
The duty or tax rate is often determined by the classification of a good, which varies by country and region, and the customs agents' discretion in evaluating the orders.
Duty and tax rates are calculated based on the actual market value of the product and not on the price after any promotions, allowing destination country customs authorities to obtain the accurate import duties and taxes owed to them based on the actual value of the goods.
We accept Internationally orders only and can cater to U.S. address orders only if provided with export documents, like a Reseller Tax Certificate: otherwise there is a 7% Tax adding at checkout.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO boxes. If you plan to ship to a courier store location such as a FedEx or UPS Store, please be aware that these locations will not accept deliveries from one another. We use a variety of couriers, and we do not accommodate requests for specific couriers.
We ship to 220 countries partnering with Amazon Fulfillment Services, Local and International Ocean and Air Freight Forwarders, FedEx, and DHL Delivery. If a shipping courier considers your address inaccessible for delivery, they will make a final delivery at the closest shipping terminal or return the shipment to our warehouse.
Most of our couriers make two attempts to deliver a package. Most orders that contain more than $1,300 of merchandise will require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver to use his discretion to determine if a signature is required.
After two attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Packages are typically returned to us by the courier if the address is incorrect or incomplete and missing information, such as an apartment number or ZIP code.
If a post office box address was entered into a format our system does not recognize, the package might be shipped through a carrier that cannot deliver to a post office box. To ensure that such orders are routed through the proper couriers, please enter the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number.
Also, if you're a private mailbox holder (use a local commercial mail receiving agency), do not use "Box" for your mailbox number; instead, use # or PMB, this will ensure that your address is not mistaken to be a P.O. Box, and that orders can be shipped to you via other means.
• On rare occasions, orders show up after the estimated delivery date due to severe weather conditions, Holidays, or international customs procedures.
• Providing us with error-free shipping and billing addresses will help avoid unnecessary delays and deliver your packages quickly.
1. Check your Address for a Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number. Your billing address must match your monthly credit card or bank statement address.
2. Do not enter "N/A," "Not applicable," "None," "Same," etc., and do not enter city and state information in the "Address Line 2" field; use the provided city and state fields instead. Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your shipping or billing address.
Please inspect all orders upon delivery.
If an item is damaged upon delivery, we hope you have chosen to insure your order and contact the courier immediately.
