Organic black soybeans are loaded with protein and other important nutrients. Soybeans are rich in minerals, B vitamins and unsaturated fats. They are also high in lecithin. Black soybeans are slightly sweeter and creamier than their yellow counterparts. Cooked black soybeans can also be used as meat replacements in burgers and other vegetarian meals.
How to Cook Black Soy Beans
Rinse and then soak overnight using one part of soybeans to four parts of boiling water. Drain and cover with fresh water or stock. Simmer about three hours, adding water as needed. Add a tablespoon of cooking oil to control foaming when the soybeans are cooking.

If you need to return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination. You will be responsible for compliance with that country's export laws and fees to return to our Main U.S Warehouse; clear photos of the item's condition, the product number, and the original packaging must be sent upon return request.
